This Privacy Policy explains how Anonymous Voice Strangers, developed by softCareDev (aman kumar) ("we", "our", or "us"), handles your information. Anonymous Voice Strangers is a mobile app that connects you with random strangers for anonymous one-to-one voice conversations.

1. Information We Collect

Account details — the email address and password you provide to create an account.
Display name — a randomly generated nickname (e.g. "Crimson Tiger"); you never provide your real name.
Language preference — the chat language you select.
Safety data — reports, blocks, and ratings you submit about other users, so we can keep the service safe.
Basic technical logs — minimal diagnostic information required to operate and secure the service.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Voice calls are never recorded, stored, or listened to by us. Conversations are peer-to-peer and are not saved.
We do not collect your real name, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
We do not use advertising IDs or third-party tracking SDKs.

3. How Voice Calls Work

Voice conversations are transmitted directly between the two users (peer-to-peer) using encrypted WebRTC (DTLS/SRTP). When a direct connection is not possible, audio may be relayed through a TURN relay server; relayed audio remains encrypted in transit and is never stored.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to operate the app: to authenticate your account, match you with other users, enforce safety through reports and blocks, and manage your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — provides our backend, authentication, and database (stores your account and safety data).
TURN relay provider (Metered) — used only to relay encrypted voice when a direct connection fails; no audio is stored.

These providers process data solely to deliver their function on our behalf.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app menu. When you request deletion, your account is held for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Logging in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion. Accounts inactive for an extended period may also be removed.

7. Age Requirement

Anonymous Voice Strangers is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Safety

Every user can report or block anyone. Reports are reviewed and may lead to suspension or permanent termination of accounts that violate our terms. Harassment, abuse, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date updated accordingly.
